Realtors Are Freaking Out

The 2022 housing marketing has many Realtors freaking out. They’re freaking out because buyers are siting on the sidelines or are on the fence. A home that used to sell in a matter of days now takes weeks to garnish an acceptable offer.

As a mortgage lender, it’s your responsibility to creatively come up with solutions to help get those buyers off the sideline. It’s your goal to help the Realtor better market and sell their listings. Some use products, some use creative marketing solutions. What’s important is that you provide the effort and are acutely aware to speak their language.
