Grant Simon is an award-winning mortgage originator and educator. Additionally Grant is an “Honors” graduate of the University of Florida (UF) and a nationally known speaker and writer; He was the 2015 Florida Realtor Educator of the Year and a 3 time ‘Educator of the Year’ for Orlando Regional Realtors®Association, teaches and speaks across the country just for the fun of it.

Grant is a retired National Competitor in Water Skiing – having skied in (10) consecutive National Championships and happily married with 2 incredible college graduates that are almost off the payroll. As a side note Grant is a connoisseur of fine wines and bourbon.
