A graduate of The University of Maryland, Bill served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy from 1980 to 1988. Bill has been a licensed MLO since 1992, a Mortgage Instructor since May of 1993 and registered with the NMLS as an Instructor since 2010. He has taught over 30,000 students that have become MLO’s. He currently teaches Mortgage Originator Pre-Licensing in Florida. His NMLS Study Materials have helped thousands of students pass the NMLS Exam.
