Some of the best training offered to newer Realtors is offered through the KW brokerage. However, KW teaches a course that mortgage loan originators should consider taking for various reasons. The course is called BOLD.

I appreciate the content. I’m on Oahu in Hawaii and trying to find an in for the KW and Coldwell Realtors. They tend to have the joint advertising with mortgage brokers they refer most of their borrowers to. I’m trying to get these realtors just to check out my pricing and get to know me. I want to make sure the borrower is getting whats best for them and our brokerage is about putting the work in to invite return borrowers.-
