Yes and no. Early, you want to be out there networking with anyone and everyone that is willing to meet with you. This will allow you to practice your pitch, get used to overcoming objections and honing in your skills. Also, you never know who knows who and who is going to become the next super star in your market.
If you were to be selective you’d look for:
– Someone who sells 20 homes per year
– Someone in growth mode
– Someone full-time and a business professional
– Someone local
– Someone who respects you and what you bring to the table
