I have teamed up with a new up and coming agent and we are wanting to do some co-branding/marketing to get our names out to the public.
Based on past experience what do you think works best?
Run Facebook ads to all those who follow your Facebook business page and their friends. This is assuming you have 500 or more followers on your Facebook business page. Create a 45 second video where you have a hook, the body of the message and a call to action. For example: “The market is crazy, mortgage rates have gone crazy, good news is that we speak crazy and understand crazy, call today to get an accurate valuation of your home and to help determining if your current home loan is the best loan for you in today’s crazy market.”
Other ideas:
– Go door knock together
– Adopt a company (bring pizza to the local car dealership on a Saturday. Bring dinner to a local firehouse on a Wednesday night. Host a happy hour for a group of teachers etc.
