DO what’s poppin! I am a new-ish LO (started 9 months ago) and I recently have made some headway with a realtor who I just closed our first deal together with. She has since asked if I would be interested in stopping into their KW brokerage for a realtor lunch and learn. Would love some ideas/tips/tricks on how best to succeed in one of these meetings. What an awesome opportunity! My favorite go-to is to teach about no and low down payment loans. (i.e. VA, USDA, Home Ready, Home Possible, FHA, FHA 100, DPA etc.). But if you are a subject matter expert in a topic teach that…for example, I have had LO’s teach Realtors Air BNB because the LO was an expert with Air BNB. LO’s have taught Facebook lead gen because their prior career had them doing lead gen via Facebook. Another LO was an ex-cop and he taught basics in elf defense and how to read a situation. We plan to start adding “Lunch and Learn in a Box” for our Premium Members beginning in 2nd quarter. Stay stuned!
