MBS high way VS MBS authority

hi everyone.

Glad to be a part of this community.

I have a quick question.

I have searched for a few tools of the trade and I came across MBS highway and also MBS authority. However, there aren’t any videos on youtube showing what each one does differently or why one of them is more expensive than the other. I know MBS highway is about 199.99 a month, And MBS authority is a little cheaper.

Could someone here tell me which one you prefer the most? is the cost really worth it?

I have used both. I 100% prefer MBS Highway. I believe the cost is closer to $99 and not $199. (I hope that was a typo) as I don’t know if I would pay $199 but I would pay $99. Both services give you daily commentary on the market and how what is happening economically in our country and was as throughout the globe and how it is impacting mortgage rates both current and future. MBS Highway has way more bells and whistles in terms of tools, calculators, presentations to help you consult with your clients.
