I don’t think it is terrible to be the person your COI and your community wants to call first when they think about buying and selling real estate. In fact, I would encourage you to position yourself as the first call anyone makes when thinking about selling or buying because you are connected to all of the great professionals in the market. Try making your posts about the market or what you are doing at work. For example, do a post regarding what is going on in the economy and how it is impacting mortgage rates. Talk about how you changed someone’s life with a cash-out refi. Post about how you used a down payment assistance program to help a first time homebuyer achieve the dream of homeownership and how much you love working with first-time homebuyers. Good luck!
