      Greetings to all!

In light of the fact that this is primarily intended for loan officers, I’d figure I’d get feedback on this.

At the moment, I am using my CRM, which I love, however they have merged with another company which, as of right now, seems awful. What are the best mortgage-specific CRMs in your opinion?

      Thanks

Jungo is Sales Force based. People who use and love Jungo are folks who love CRM and like to customize their CRM. It is $149 per month BUT if you are a Premium+ Member you save $360 per year.

Another one is Aidium. We too have a discount for Premium + Members. This CRM is more out of the box ready to go and does not offer or require customization.

      Hi Jose –

Here are the most common crms that I’m aware of:
      1) Jungo (https://ijungo.com/) – this is built on top of Salesforce and, I believe, is what Dustin runs his branch off of
      2) Surefire (https://www.topofmind.com/surefire-crm/) – they’ve got a big content library
      3) TotalExpert (https://totalexpert.com/) – not sure if they sell to individual LOs
      4) BigPurpleDot (https://www.bigpurpledot.com/) – I don’t personally know anyone using them, so can’t really comment
      5) DailyAI (https://dailyai.io/) – they recently acquired Whiteboard, so not sure if this is your current situation

      6) Last, but not least, Third Floor (https://thirdfloor.ai) – full disclosure, I work for Third Floor – we’re a start-up solely focused on mortgages.

There are pros and cons to each of these systems – including Third Floor – this is not a one-size-fits-all industry 🙂 I’d be happy to jump on a call and talk through your situation – just let me know.

      – Brian
