Wondering which sites have easy to read and learn all the guidelines, which guidelines should I start with, and is there any particular order? Thanks for the advice!!!
Start with Fannie (FNMA), then learn FHA, then VA and then Freddie in that order. Fannie and Freddie are brother / sister. Many of their guides are the same with a few nuances.
