Being you are in TX check out New American Funding. They are Consumer Direct so that may or maynot be the model you are looking for but they do offer training and assistance with obtaining licensing. Prime Lending and Supreme Lending are both HQ’d in TX and are large enough they may have some decent support or a system for Rookie LO’s. Check out Legacy Mutual. I respect the hell out of Josh Sigman and he is a part of their leadership team. Finally, I don’t know if they are in your market but FBC Mortgage is worth considering.
