As a loan officer, our #1 responsibility is to generate leads. Once the lead is generated, how you handle the initial conversation – as well as the advice you give – will allow you to convert those leads into loans. Some leads require five minutes of your time, as they are easily and quickly discarded as not eligible or ready.

Other leads will require 10x the time, as you now have an opportunity to bring valuable financial resource to a person who most likely will qualify for home loan.
