As a mortgage loan originator, it is our responsibility to act as a consultant and advisor to our home buyers.
It is not necessarily about how much the client qualifies for, as it is what they’re comfortable paying. Loan officers needs to be able to marry to on behalf of their customer.

Remaining entitlement calc can be an awesome opportunity, especially for those service members PCSing from a less expensive area to a more costly area.
Too many misconceptions and scuttlebutt about VA loan, and this is a huge one!
And with as many dual military families as we have in the service… sky is the limit for them!

First time home buyers haven’t BOUGHT in the last 3 years or have not had an ownership interest in the last 3 years? This is confusing to me.
Most programs it is have not had ownership in property in 3+ years.
